You can write to us as usual around the clock by e-mail and/or reply via it. Based on the ticket number in the subject, the correspondence is assigned to the case. 


For new requests, send a new e-mail with a meaningful subject and please do not reply to old messages that have no relation to your issue. Use the e-mail addresses you already know or save them during your first exchange with us. Avoid duplication by copying in our staff CC. Internal processes ensure that your contact person always remains informed and becomes involved in any escalations.
